Please review all incoming emails from the Task Force to stay up to date on any changes or additions to the US&R Training calendar.

 


SCT 2011 Starts June13, 2011 and runs for eight consecutive days.  Watch the "Members Area" for information and Tactical Action Plans.


Conducting Task Force Training
 
 

Personnel conducting Task Force training shall be listed or supervised by FEMA certified instructors currently listed on the FEMA instructor list, or approved by the  Program Office to teach the course or activity.

 

All equipment needed for the course will be requested from the logistics section two weeks prior to course delivery unless otherwise approved by the logistics manager.

 

To ensure that all personnel receive proper credit for their attendance and that all documentation requirements are being met for DHS/FEMA/US&R, please complete the following each time a course is prepared and administered to Task Force personnel:

This should show the following:

 

1. Instructor Name(s)

2. Phone #

3. Email

4. Text being used

5. Description

6. Objectives

7. Requirements

8. Resources

9. Evaluation

 

Completed ICS 211b (must have printed, signed name of participants, date & hours of course) or US&R organizer database blank course roster.

 

Any supporting course documentation

 

Return all documentation to the program office within seven days of course completion. In-house completed training should be given to the training manager  or program specialist immediately after the course each day.

 

Once the course verified and entered into the US&R database, certifications will be prepared for the instructors/coordinators signature.

 

Courses that require an application process must contact the Training Manager directly.
